Milkshake inserts x 4: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry shortcake, cotton candy

Toppings: brownies x 3, sugar cookies x 2, cookies & cream x 4, strawberry slices x 5, whipped cream x 4, cotton candy puffs x 3, banana slices x 3
