How do Soft & Sweet subscriptions work?
Each subscription is part of a themed collection. When you sign up, you’ll receive a curated delivery of handmade kits at set times throughout the year. Delivery schedules vary by subscription but are always shared in advance.

Can I still buy individual kits?
Some kits are available year-round in their parent collections (like Snuggle Pals or Mystic Legends). Others are exclusive to their subscription and not sold separately — but many of those return during special events like Open House Month in March.

When do subscriptions ship?
Each subscription has its own delivery rhythm. The full schedule for each one is listed on its product page so you know what to expect before signing up.

What is Festive Sparkles?
Festive Sparkles is a limited-time subscription offered through the Magic Dreams Boutique. It opens twice a year and features magical, seasonal kits — once they’re gone, they disappear!

Do I have to sign up for a whole year?
No. Some subscriptions are designed to be short-term, and all can be cancelled at any time.

What happens if I miss a sign-up window?
Some subscriptions stay open year-round (like Wild Snuggles or Myth & Spark), while others (like Festive Sparkles) are only open for a short time. Be sure to join the mailing list or follow along on social media for announcements!

What’s Open House Month?
Open House Month happens every March and is your chance to purchase select kits from many of our subscriptions — no sign-up required. It’s a great way to sample what we offer or complete a collection.
